Refund policy

Here at Forte Active, it is important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a store credit, providing the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item is not a "final sale" item at the time of purchase (unless faulty)
  • The item must be in original condition (as purchased) with all original labels/tickets/packaging still attached
  • The item must not have been worn

All customers, including Australian and international customers, are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as Forte Active cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

 

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS

Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, unless faulty.

Any item purchased during our sitewide sales can be returned for a store credit only. Refunds will not be issued for any items purchased during our sitewide sales, unless faulty.

 

FAULTY, WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

Here at Forte Active, we work hard to ensure that you are 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase, however, sometimes things can wrong.

If you believe that your item is faulty, please reach out to us at support@forteactive.com.au with a photo and description of the fault. Items deemed faulty will be eligible for a full refund.

If you receive a wrong item or your order is missing an item, please reach out to us at support@forteactive.com.au with a photo and description of the issue and our team will contact you to ensure your order is fixed up as soon as possible.
